Your purchase implies that you have read and accepted these TERMS and CONDITIONS (T&C).

1. Order Confirmation

When you have completed an order (this includes the payment) through our online boutique, you will receive an order confirmation with an order number and an order status link where you can follow the status. The order confirmation will be sent to the sender’s email address entered during the checkout process. Please make sure you are entering a valid email address that you have access to. Should you not get an order confirmation then please check your spam folder. Sometimes emails get falsely detected as spam. If you did not proceed with the payment after the checkout process your order status will be pending and you will not receive an email until the payment has been made.

2. Delivery Info

Currently, MAMOSO delivers FREE of charge at the recipient's door anywhere in Dubai (with a minimum of AED 400.00 purchase). Delivery to any other Emirates across the United Arab Emirates is generally possible but needs to be evaluated and confirmed by our sales team. Depending on the order volume we will make you a separate offer for the delivery cost. Please call us or come to our shop at the Times Square Center to discuss the details. Please make sure that you provide us with a valid delivery address within Dubai and a phone number of the person who is going to receive the flowers.

3. Delivery Date

We assure flower & plant delivery in Dubai from Saturday to Thursday and under special circumstances also on Fridays/Holidays. The delivery on a Friday/Holiday may involve additional delivery cost and needs to be confirmed by the MAMOSO service team in advance. However, we may decide on short notice to deliver free of charge, for special occasions on a Friday/Holiday. For special offers, please check regularly our news section online, call us or visit our shop.

    1. ORDER today - DELIVERY* within next 2 working days upon receipt of payment
    2. ORDER on a Friday / Holiday - DELIVERY* within next 2 working days upon receipt of payment

* Although it is our highest priority to always deliver as stated above, we cannot always guarantee. Should for some reason a delivery not be possible on the promised date then we will contact you immediately.

If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the flower arrangement to the workplace.

4. Delivery Schedule

Once your order is confirmed, someone from our service team will contact you or the recipient to schedule the time frame for the delivery. We will also consider your requested time whenever possible.

NOTE: To avoid additional fees and delivery rates we highly recommend that you confirm we can deliver your order hassle-free at the first attempt. If the first delivery attempt failed at the confirmed date/time (e.g. the recipient was not available at the delivery address) then our service team will call you to reschedule the delivery. For the second delivery attempt we may bill you an additional fee of AED 50.00 service charge. Should the second delivery attempt fail you will be obligated to collect your purchase personally at our shop located at the Times Square Center. There will be no option for a third delivery attempt.

5. Substitution Policy

The flower arrangements on our website are created from flowers that may not always be available due to the season. Occasionally, certain colors or type of flowers may not be available for delivery. In this case, a substitution will be made with another color or with similar flowers, at least equal in value and beauty. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another similar color. However, care is taken to maintain the line, style, colors, size, form and the general look of the arrangement.

Vases, accessories and the wrapping foliage may be different.

7. Currency

Currently we are accepting AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and USD (United States Dollar) in our online boutique depending on the payment method. More currencies may be accepted in the future.

8. Payment Methods

MAMOSO offers you currently the following payment methods:

You can pay securely and fast via 2checkout either with your CREDIT or DEBIT card like Visa, Master Card or American Express.

  • PayPal (payments in USD only due to country restrictions)

You can pay securely and fast via PayPal. If you already are a holder of a PayPal account, you need to simply login to your account and proceed with the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily make your payments using your DEBIT/CREDIT card.

9. Refund Policy

While understanding the concerns of our online customers in regards to the security and proper fulfillment of their orders, MAMOSO will do it's to provide the best service available. Please read carefully our refund policy for a complete understanding of how and when replacement orders or refunds are processed.

1. When an order is delivered, we ask the recipient to verify the order and sign our delivery receipt. If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we will investigate and determine the occurrence. Often, delivery was attempted but the recipient was not available to accept the order at the agreed date/time/place. We reserve the right to attempt a second deliver (additional fees may apply) if this occurs. Please note that we make every effort to make the delivery on the scheduled date/time. We ONLY DELIVER DIRECTLY to the recipient. We do not leave your order with anyone but the recipient you specify. In case two (2) delivery attempt’s fail (e.g. the recipient was not available to accept the order at the agreed date/time/place) the sender or recipient reserves the right to collect the ordered item(s) directly at our store within 48h after the second delivery attempt. We do our best to keep your ordered flowers fresh and well maintained. There will be no refund whatsoever for orders which could neither be delivered nor have been collected from our store. If, however, we find proof that your order had not been delivered by our fault and therefore you wish to cancel your order we will refund you the full amount.

2. If there should be a question of the quality of the arrangement after an order has been completed and properly delivered, MAMOSO must be contacted within 24h of the original delivery date either by the recipient or the sender. Please specify any quality issue you may have with your order. Our Service team will evaluate the quality issues and in most cases arrange a replacement for you. Bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Proper care is required. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify us within the given time frame. It is the responsibility of the sender to review all information provided on this website relating to refunds and/or replacements.

3. In the case that a customer places an order through MAMOSO online flower boutique and then needs to cancel or change the order, the cancellation or notification of any changes must be made prior to the delivery of the order. If the cancellation or request of change is received after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued.

4. MAMOSO is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. No refunds will be issued to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.

5. MAMOSO is not liable for customer errors that result in the over-ordering of a product. During the checkout process the customer is provided with a total of the order PRIOR to the order being submitted. The customer is given the option to remove items or reduce the quantity ordered. MAMOSO makes every effort to review orders where multiple quantities of a same item are ordered but we do not guarantee, nor are we liable, for any order sent out exactly as the customer ordered. If a customer orders more than one of any single item but meant to send a lesser quantity and the ordered amount is sent to the recipient, no refund can be offered since what was ordered is what was delivered. Therefore, we advise our customers to carefully verify their order and to contact us immediately if there are items which were not intended to be order. We then may be able to correct your order and refund you the difference between the items ordered and the items which shall be delivered.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

MAMOSO reserves the right to revise or change these TERMS and CONDITIONS (in whole or in part) from time to time and at any time without notice to you.
